The new Andrew McMahon EP “The Pop Underground” is wonderful and adding an enjoyable background to my studies. His music has grown with me over the last 10 year, evolving has his creativity and art has matured and grown with him. Since my first Andrew show in 2003, he has delivered wonderful songs with meaningful lyrics and performs like no other artist I have seen. It really says something about an artist when 10 years later, this is still true. Everyone get your hands on The Pop Underground, it is worth a listen- I am LOVING After the Fire…

Started my ER DVD marathon with the first few episodes of season one this week- it has been a long time, but I really do love these characters. Mark is by far my favorite, but being a medical student now, I relate to Carter in so many ways, and truthfully he is my other favorite by a pretty close margin…

Instead of studying for my Nutrition final tomorrow… I reread TFIOS today and cried my eyes out. My desire to go home, curl up on the couch with a blanket, a cup of coffee and a book was not met, but I feel like I can make it there.

Just finished my Six Feet Under marathon… this was an amazing show. The characters were extremely complex, their growth from the beginning to the end as individuals and as a family amazed me. The last 3 episodes were some of the finest television I have ever experienced, I cried through the last 2 hours of the series. The whole thing came full circle and left you wanting more, but completely satisfied. <3
